"Hand of Hope can sense the muscle signal of stroke patient to control the movement of robotic hand and in consequence driving the motion of patient's hand. Clinical research showed that it could help to recover 50% of patient's movement. 「理大研发的「希望之手」，能感应中风病人手臂肌肉接收的讯号，控制机械关节带动病人手掌开合，经临床实验，证实可以令病人恢复达五成的手掌活动能力。「希望之手」去年夺得日内瓦国际发明展全场最高荣誉的格兰披治发明奖。理大也研发出另一项三维超声脊柱侧弯崭新评估技术，由于没有X光辐射的风险，可以频密使用，密切监察变化。」
